Way to make a toddler really happy – drive up to the closest ski
resort before they open for the season – tons of snow all to ourselves! Two
family friends joined us and we had so much fun playing, warming up with cocoa,
and then going for an evening walk along the base of the empty slopes, while
snow fell all around us. Perfect.
Haloween
This girl had SUCH a good Halloween – she loved it and has been
declaring “I want more trick-or-treat,” “I want more Tinkerbelle-belle, go
trick or treat” and yelling “Happy Hannonoween!” multiple times a day since. We
did zoo Halloween again this year with friends and family and that was a blast
(this pic is from a little dome window you can climb into to see the penguins
swim under water). On Halloween we went trick-or-treating with neighbor friends
and after an hour of lots of hills, stairs and steep driveways she was still
ready for more.
